Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Margit is the founder of QuantumFy Group and the architect of its ecosystem-wide orchestration vision. With 20+ years of experience across banking, digital assets, payments, and financial infrastructure in the EU and MENA, she has led strategic transformations for family offices, fintechs, and global banks. Her expertise spans regulatory strategy, AI-driven decisioning, cross-border payment systems, and enterprise technology alignment.
At QuantumFy, Margit oversees product strategy, capital formation, partnerships, and the long-term regulatory roadmap.
Daniel Okor
Chief Technology Officer
Daniel brings 18+ years of engineering leadership across cloud-native financial platforms. Previously Head of Architecture at a Tier-1 bank, he has built large-scale payments, onboarding, and KYC systems serving millions of users. He specializes in distributed systems, resilient architecture, and high-security environments.
At QuantumFy, Daniel leads technical strategy, platform reliability, and core AI-infrastructure decisions.
Laura Stein
Chief Compliance & Regulatory Affairs Officer
Laura spent 15 years at Deloitte and later at a European supervisory authority, where she oversaw governance, outsourcing frameworks, and operational risk audits. She has deep expertise across EU, GCC, and global regulatory regimes including DFSA, VARA, SAMA, ECB, and ESMA.
At QuantumFy, she ensures every workflow, decision model, and data process meets the highest supervisory standards.
Ellen Morris
Head of Ecosystem Governance & Policy
Ellen is a former partner at a global consulting firms like EY, Mc’Kinsey, PWC advising governments and financial institutions on regulatory modernization, digital public infrastructure, and cross-border alignment. At QuantumFy, she leads ecosystem design, governance modeling, and public-sector engagement to ensure the platform supports national-scale deployments.
Johan Richter
Chief Architect, AI Infrastructure
Johan previously led AI infrastructure teams at major cloud providers like Oracle, Amazon, where he built low-latency ML pipelines and enterprise-grade orchestration systems. His background spans cybersecurity, ML engineering, and large-scale distributed systems. At QuantumFy, he designs the core orchestration brain and technical guardrails that support regulated environments.
Arjun Desai
Chief Data & ML Engineering Officer
Arjun has delivered ML ecosystems for payments, fraud, and real-time decisioning platforms in Europe, the Middle East, and Singapore. He combines advanced MLOps expertise with a strong understanding of financial data governance. At QuantumFy, he leads data architecture, ML model pipelines, and intelligence-layer development.
Markus Feldmann
Head of Core Banking Integrations
Markus spent 12 years at Accenture and Thought Machine, integrating core banking stacks, payment processors, and regulatory systems across Europe and APAC. He specializes in reducing integration time and ensuring interoperability between legacy and cloud-native systems. At QuantumFy, he builds integration frameworks for banks, PSPs, and digital institutions.
Thomas Weber
Head of Global Partnerships & Vendor Relations
Thomas previously led enterprise partnerships at a major European fintech, managing relationships with 150+ technology vendors, regulators, and financial institutions. His expertise includes vendor governance, due diligence frameworks, and commercial structuring. At QuantumFy, he oversees strategic alliances and the global QVIA audit pipeline.
Rafael Cortez
Head of Enterprise Security & Zero-Trust Infrastructure
Rafael is a former cybersecurity director at a Big-4 firm, with 20 years of experience in threat modeling, cloud security, identity management, and zero-trust architecture for national banks and ministries.
At QuantumFy, he designs the security posture for all AI and data layers, ensuring regulatory-grade protection.
Kenji Nakamura
Director of Product & Customer Platforms
Kenji previously led product teams at global SaaS companies and card schemes like TSYS, First Data, Master Card delivering mission-critical workflow tools for financial institutions and enterprise clients. He specializes in user experience for complex B2B environments and AI-driven workflow automation. At QuantumFy, he owns the product roadmap, UX, and customer-facing platform modules.
